Details

We will meet at 4pm at The Pump Barn next to Seven Sisters Visitor Centre where you can cook your food over the fire before we hike to the campsite (about 1 mile, tents and bags will be driven). After pitching our tents we will set up a moth trap, footprint tunnels, trail cameras and small mammal traps. In the evening we’ll head out on a night-time walk looking and listening for nocturnal wildlife including bats, owls and glow-worms. Next morning we’ll look at the traps to find out what was flying, walking and crawling around Seven Sisters overnight. We’ll take a walk down to the beach before packing up and heading back to the Visitor Centre (approx. finish time Sunday midday).

Family friendly event. A unique chance to spend the night in the Seven Sisters Country Park and learn all about its amazing wildlife.

This event is not suitable for children under 6.

The park is well served by public transport.
Buses 13 & 12 from Brighton/Eastbourne, and from further along the coast, stop at the Park entrance.
